Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi, Disiplin dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi, Disiplin dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh Guru SD Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta sejumlah 64 orang. Keseluruhan guru dijadikan sampel. Pengambilan sampel dengan sensus. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan ex-post fakto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Dari penyebaran kuesioner sejumlah 64, yang berhasil terkumpul 50 buah. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 22.0.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 11,3 % artinya semakin meningkat kepemimpinan kepala sekolah semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru. 2) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 9,0 % artinya semakin meningkat motivasi kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru. 3) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 16,2 % artinya semakin meningkat disiplin kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru. 4) terdapat kontribusi positif signifikan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 7,0 % artinya semakin meningkat disiplin kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru. 5) terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru sebesar 71.6 % artinya semakin meningkat Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Motivasi kerja, Disiplin kerja dan Semangat kerja semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru. Dari hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan keempat variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan predictor tingkat kecendrungan kinerja guru Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta.

This study aims to assess Contributions Principal Leadership, Motivation, Discipline and Working Spirit on The Improvement of Teacher’s Performance Cluster IV District of Kuta. Research was conducted on the entire elementary school teacher in Cluster IV District of Kuta that comprised of 64 people. Overall teachers have been sampled. Sampling has been done by the census. This study was designed by using the approach of ex-post facto. Data were collected by questionnaire. From the distribution of the questionnaire, that comprised of 64, which successfully collected was 50 pieces. The data then analyzed using regression analysis with SPSS version 22.0.
The research found that: 1) there is a significant positive contribution of school leadership on teacher performance of 11.3% means increasing school leadership also increases the performance of teachers. 2) There is a significant positive contribution to the performance of teachers' work motivation of 9.0% means that increasing employee motivation also increases the performance of teachers. 3) There is a significant positive contribution to the discipline of work on teacher performance of 16.2% means that increasing labor discipline also increases the performance of teachers. 4) There is a significant positive contribution to the performance of teachers' working spirit by 7.0% means increased work discipline also increase the performance of teachers. 5) There is a significant positive contribution Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Morale on teacher performance of 71.6% means increasing the principal's leadership, work motivation, Discipline and working spirit also increase the performance of teachers. The results can be concluded that the four variables can be used as predictors of the level of teacher performance trends in Cluster IV district of Kuta.
