KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA SE-KECAMATAN GIANYAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) mendeskripsikan kontribusi motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, (3) mendeskripsikan kontribusi etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) mendeskripsikan kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan etos kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost-facto research dengan korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA se-Kecamatan Gianyar dengan jumlah total 92 guru. Seluruh populasi pada penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik statistika dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi ganda.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan rx1y (Pearson correlation) sebesar 0,952; (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan rx2y (Pearson correlation) sebesar 0,236; (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan rx3y (Pearson correlation) sebesar 0,715; (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan etos kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru dengan Fhitung = 403,324 > Ftabel = 2,711. Gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi lebih banyak terhadap kinerja guru dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Pearson correlation untuk rx1y = 0,952 yang mana lebih besar dari Pearson correlation motivasi kerja (rx2y = 0,236) dan etos kerja (rx3y = 0,715)

This study is ex post-facto research with correlation. The populations in this study are all high school teachers throughout sub district of Gianyar with a total of 92 teachers. The entire population in this study is used as sample. Statistical techniques used in this study are product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis.
The results obtained in this study are: (1) there is a significant contribution between the principal's leadership style toward teacher performance with rx1y (Pearson correlation) of 0.952; (2) there is a significant contribution between the motivation of teachers toward teacher performance with rx2y (Pearson correlation) of 0.236; (3) there is a significant contribution to the performance of teachers' work ethic with rx3y (Pearson correlation) of 0.715 (4) there is a significant contribution between principal’s leadership style, work motivation, and work ethic simultaneously toward teacher performance with Fcalculated = 403.324 > Ftable = 2.711. Principal’s leadership style contributed more toward teacher performance compared with other variables. This is shown by the Pearson correlation for rx1y = 0.952 which is greater than the Pearson correlation of work motivation (rx2y = 0.236) and a work ethic (rx3y = 0.715)
