Determinasi Supervisi Akademik, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar di Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinasi supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post fakto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan sampel 73 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi parsial, regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat determinasi positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung dengan determinasi sebesar 6,5%, (2) terdapat determinasi positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung dengan determinasi sebesar 7,6%. (3) terdapat determinasi positif dan signifikan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung determinasi sebesar 10,9%.(4) terdapat determinasi positif dan signifikan secara simultan supervisi akademik, motivasi kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung dengan determinasi sebesar 54,5%. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut bahwa secara parsial variabel budaya kerja merupakan prediktor yang dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Gugus III Kecamatan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung

This study aimed at analyzing determination of academic supervision, working motivation, and working ethics towards elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency academic year 2014/2015. The present study was implementing ex-post facto design in the form of correlation with 73 people as its sample. Random sampling was used as a sampling technique in this research. Data were analyzed by using partial and multiple regression as well as partial correlation analysis. The result of the research indicated that (1) there was positive and significant determination of academic supervision towards elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency at 6.5%, (2) there was positive and significant determination of working motivation towards elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency at 7.6 %, (3) there was positive and significant determination of working ethics towards elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency at 10.9%, and (4) there was positive and significant semultaneous determination of academic supervision, working motivation, and working ethics towards Elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency at 54.5 %. Based on the research, working ethics was a dominant predictor in improving elementary school teachers’ performance at Group III in South Kuta Subdistrict Badung Regency partially.
