Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together) terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri di Gugus V Abiansemal.

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perbedaan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VI, akibat penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe NHT dan model pembelajaran Konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan Post test only control group design. Populasi berjumlah 150 orang siswa kelas VI SD Gugus V Abiansemal, dengan 60 orang siswa sebagai sampel. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar IPA. Dianalisis dengan uji statistik MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe NHT dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (F=27,458, p<0,05), (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe NHT dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (F=10,021, p<0,05), (3) Terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (F = 13,905, p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disarankan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT di sekolah dasar.

The purpose of this research was to determine and describe the differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes Sains of students of class VI, due to the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT and Conventional learning model. This research is an experimental research by using Post test only control group design. This population research consist of 150 people of six graders Cluster V Abiansemal, with 60 students as a sample. Data were collected through questionnaires learning motivation and achievement test Sains. Hypothesis of the research was analyzed with MANOVA statistical tests. The results showed that: (1) there is a difference between learning motivation of students who take cooperative learning model NHT with students who take the conventional learning model (F = 27.458, p <0.05), (2) there are differences in outcomes between students learn science which follows the model of cooperative learning NHT with students who take the conventional learning model (F = 10.021, p <0.05), (3) There are differences in learning motivation and learning outcomes of students who take the IPA between NHT type cooperative learning with students who take models conventional learning (F = 13.905, p <0.05). Based on these results it is advisable to implement cooperative learning model NHT in elementary school.
