STUDI EVALUATIF PELAKSANAAN UJI KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK KOMPUTER DAN JARINGAN DI SMK NEGERI 2 SERIRIT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui evaluasi pelaksanaan uji kompetensi keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan di SMK Negeri 2 Seririt dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk (CIPP). Rancangan penelitian ini adalah evaluatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan expost facto dalam bentuk studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga yang mengikuti dan staf pelaksanaan uji kompetensi keahlian teknik komputer dan jaringan di SMK Negeri 2 Seririt yang berjumlah 60 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektifitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan kesetaraan, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam Z-skor lalu ke T-Skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektifitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan kesetaraan tergolong efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input proses dan produk dengan hasil berada pada kuadran I (+ + + +).

This study aimed to analyze and determine the evaluation of competency testing computer and network engineering expertise in SMK Negeri 2 Seririt seen from context variables, input, process and product (CIPP). The research was descriptive evaluative, with ex post facto approach in the form of case studies. The population in this study are all citizens who attended and the staff implementation competence testing computer and network engineering expertise in SMK Negeri 2 Seririt which numbered 60 people. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documents. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of the educational equality, raw scores were transformed into Z-score and then to T-scores were then verified in the prototype Glickman. The analysis finds that the effectiveness of the education equality classified as affective from context variables, input process and high performance products are in quadrant I (+ + + +).
