KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DISIPLIN KERJA GURU, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI SE KECAMATAN GEROKGAK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinankepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se Kecamatan Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 77 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinankepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,615 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 19,36%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,671 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 28,86%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,661 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 22,66%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinankepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,842 dan hubungannya sebesar 70,9%. Dengan demikian maka ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan predictor kecenderungan peningkatan kinerja guru SMA Negeri se Kecamatan Gerokgak.

This study aims to determine the contribution of the principal's leadership behaviors, work discipline and work motivation of teachers on teacher performance SMA se Gerokgak. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 77 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between behavior kepemimpinankepala school on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.615 and effective contribution amounting to 19.36%, 2) there is a significant relationship between the discipline of work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.671 and effective contribution amounting to 28.86%, 3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation of teachers on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.661 and effective contribution amounting to 22.66%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between behavior kepemimpinankepala school, work discipline, and motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.842 and the relation of 70.9%. Thus, these three variables can be used as predictors of trend of increasing teacher performance SMA se Gerokgak.
