KONTRIBUSI PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI MAN PATAS
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi persepsi guru tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru di MAN Patas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,535 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 11,87%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,685 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 26,23%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,745 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 33,39%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,845 dan hubungannya sebesar 71,5%.

This study aims to determine the contribution of teachers' perceptions about the principal's leadership style, motivation and work ethic on the performance of teachers in MAN Patas. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 40 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between leadership style principals on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.535 and effective contribution amounting to 11.87%, 2) there is a significant relationship between motivation to work on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.685 and the effective contribution of 26.23%, 3) there is a significant correlation between the performance of teachers work ethic with a correlation coefficient of 0.745 and effective contribution amounting to 33.39%, 4) with the same, there is a significant relationship between the principal's leadership style , motivation and work ethic on the performance of teachers with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.845 and the relation of 71.5%..
