KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 GEROKGAK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak yang berjumlah 58 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,627 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 18,61%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,657 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 24,27%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara etos kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,713 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 50,37%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja, iklim sekolah, dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,850 dan hubungannya sebesar 72,2%.

This study aims to determine the relationship of work motivation, work discipline and work ethic on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak. This research is "ex-post facto". The population in this study were all teachers SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak totaling 58 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between work motivation with teachers performance SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak with a correlation coefficient of 0.627 and effective contribution amounting to 18.61%, 2) there is a significant relationship between the discipline of work by the teacher with a correlation coefficient of performance amounted to 0.657 and effective contribution amounting to 24.27%, 3) there is a significant relationship between work ethic with the performance of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.713 and effective contribution amounting to 50.37%, 4) with the same, there is a significant correlation between work motivation , school climate, and work ethic together with the performance of teachers with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.850 and the relation of 72.2%..
