KONTRIBUSI PERLAKUAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN SIKAP PROFESI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PEMBIMBING SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan : (1) Profile perlakuan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, sikap profesi dan kinerja guru pembimbing, (2) kontribusi secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama perlakuan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan sikap profesi terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex post facto dengan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dilaksanakan pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung. Jumlah populasi 37 orang dan sampel sebanyak 32 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data diambil dengan teknik observasi dan kuesioner.
Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yang menghasilkan gambaran : (1) Perlakuan kepala sekolah terhadap guru-guru pembimbing dalam katagori sangat baik ,; (2) motivasi kerja dapat diklasifikasikan sangat tinggi,; (3) sikap profesi guru pembimbing diklasifikasikan baik, dan (4) kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung dapat diklasifikasikan sangat baik
Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi, menggambarkan bahwa : (1) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara perlakuan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung, , (3) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap profesi terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung,; 4) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara perlakuan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan sikap profesi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung
Simpulan yang dapat diperoleh adalah bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara perlakuan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan sikap profesi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Badung.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at finding out and describing : (1) school principal’s treatment profile, work motivation, attitude profession and counselor teachers performance, (2) the contribution of each and their simultaneous of the school principal’s treatment profile, work motivation, attitude profession contribution toward counselor teachers performance. This Study belonged to ex post facto research with quantitative correlation design , conducted at Senior High Schools in Badung Regency. The population of 37 and the sample of 32 selected through purposive sampling . The data where collected by using observation and questionnaire.
The data where analyzed by the descriptive statistics and showed describing : (1) school principal’s treatment toward Performance of the Counselor Teachers was very good, (2) the work motivation was very high , (3) the attitude profession of counselor teachers was good ,(4) the Performance of the counselor teachers in Senior High Schools in Badung Regency was very good.
The result of hypothesis testing used by regression analysis and correlation analysis describing that : (1) the was a positive and significant contribution of school principal’s treatment toward performance of the counselor teachers in Senior High Schools in Badung Regency for , (2) the was a a positive and significant contribution of the work motivation toward performance of the counselor teachers in Senior High Schools in Badung Regency , (3) the was a positive and significant contribution of the attitude profession toward performance of the counselor teachers in Senior High Schools in Badung Regency , (4) the was a positive and significant contribution of the school principal’s treatment, work motivation, attitude profession simultaneously toward counselor teachers performance at Senior High Schools in Badung Regency .
Can be Concluded that there is a positive and significant contribution of the school principal’s treatment, work motivation, attitude profession simultaneously toward counselor teachers performance at Senior High Schools in Badung Regency.
