KONTRIBUSI KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DAN IKLIM KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN (STUDI MICRO MANAJEMEN) DI SMK WERDHI SILAKUMARA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi kerja guru dan iklim kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran (studi mikro manajemen) di SMK Werdhi Silakumara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 49 orang guru. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang yang menggunakan skala likert. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y), 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y), 3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja guru (X3) terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y), dan 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), iklim kerja guru (X3) terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran (Y). Dengan demikian maka ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran di SMK Werdhi Silakumara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of situational leadership, motivation of teachers and the working environment on the quality of learning management (micro-management studies) at SMK Werdhi Silakumara. This research is ex post facto. Population and samples used in this study amounted to 49 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument that uses a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research that has been conducted, showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution between situational leadership principals (X1) on the quality of learning management (Y), 2) there is a significant contribution between work motivation (X2) on the quality of learning management (Y), 3) there is a significant contribution between the working climate of teachers (X3) on the quality of learning management (Y), and 4) there is a significant contribution between situational leadership principals (X1), motivation (X2), the working climate of teachers (X3) on the quality of learning management (Y). So, these three variables can be used as predictors of improving the quality of the management of learning in vocational Werdhi Silakumara.
