DETERMINASI PRILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM KERJA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU NORMATIF ADAPTIF (STUDI PERSEPSI PADA PARA GURU) DI SMK NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi manajerial, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan besar sampel 87 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,650 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 22,59%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,550 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 16,17%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,637 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 21,66%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, dan kompetensi manajerial guru terhadap kinerja guru normatif adaptif dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,777 dan hubungannya sebesar 60,4%.

This study aims to determine the behavior of determination of school leadership, managerial competence and the performance of teachers working climate adaptive normative SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 87 people. Data collector in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between the behavior of school leadership on teacher performance adaptive normative with a correlation coefficient of 0.650 and effective contribution amounting to 22.59%, 2) there is a significant relationship between managerial competence on teacher performance with adaptive normative the correlation coefficient of 0.550 and effective contribution amounting to 16.17%, 3) there is a significant relationship between the working climate of teachers on teacher performance adaptive normative with a correlation coefficient of 0.637 and effective contribution of 21.66%, 4) with the same, there is a relationship significant among the managerial skills of principals, instructional supervision and managerial competence of teachers on teacher performance with adaptive normative multiple correlation coefficient of 0.777 and the relation of 60.4%.
