KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI PENGAWAS SEKOLAH, PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PNS GUGUS 1 SD KECAMATAN KUTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi pengawas sekolah, perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD yang berstatus PNS di Gugus 1 Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang guru. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang dikembangkan sendiri oleh peneliti. Keseluruhan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru PNS di gugus 1 SD Kecamatan Kuta Kabupaten Badung (Y), 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Perilaku Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X2) terhadap Kinerja Guru PNS di Gugus 1 SD Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung (Y), 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Guru PNS di Gugus 1 SD Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung (Y), dan 4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama supervisi pengawas sekolah (X1), perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah(X2), motivasi kerja(X3) terhadap kinerja guru PNS guggus 1 SD Kecamatan Kuta, Kabupaten Badung(Y). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan ketiga variable tersebut dapat dijadikan predictor peningkatan kinerja guru PNS di Gugus 1 SD Kecamatan Kuta, Kabup[aten Badung

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the regulatory supervision of the school, the behavior of school leadership and motivation on the performance of primary school teachers were civil servants in Cluster 1 district of Kuta, Badung regency. This research is expos facto. Population and samples used in this study amounted to 59 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire instruments developed by researcher. Overall the data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) a significant difference Supervision Supervisors (X1) on the performance of government school teachers in cluster 1 SD district of Kuta Badung (Y), 2) a significant difference Behavioral Leadership Principal (X2) on Teacher Performance PNS in Cluster 1 SD district of Kuta, Badung (Y), 3) a significant influence work motivation (X3) on Teacher performance civil servants in Cluster 1 SD district of Kuta, Badung (Y), and 4) there is a significant influence together supervision of school inspectors (X1), the behavior of school leadership (X2), motivation (X3) on the performance of civil service teachers guggus 1 SD district of Kuta, Badung (Y). Therefore that can be concluded that all of predictor variables can be used as predictor variables of teacher performance
