Hubungan Perilaku Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Semangat Kerja Guru, dan Supervisi Pengawas Sekolah dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Pada SMP Binaan di Denpasar
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, semangat kerja guru, dan supervisi pengawas sekolah dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru pada SMP Binaan di Denpasar. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMP di sekolah binaan di Denpasar yang berjumlah 223 orang guru. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 144 orang guru. Data perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, semangat kerja guru, supervisi pengawas sekolah, dan kualitas pembelajaran guru dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Setelah data dikumpulkan, data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMP Binaan, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara semangat kerja guru dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMP Binaan di Denpasar, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan supervisi pengawas sekolah dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMP Binaan di Denpasar, dan 4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, semangat kerja guru, supervisi pengawas sekolah dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru-guru SMP Binaan di Denpasar.

This study aims to determine the relationship of the behavior of school leadership, teacher morale and supervision of school inspectors with the quality of teaching in junior high school teacher Patronage in Denpasar. The design used in this study is the ex-post facto. The population in this study are all school teachers in partner schools in Denpasar, amounting to 223 teachers. The sample used was 144 teachers. Data behavior of school leadership, teacher morale, supervision superintendent of schools, and quality of teacher learning are collected with a questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5. Once data is collected, the data are then analyzed using simple regression analysis, multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on research that has been done can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant relationship behavior of school leadership with quality learning SMP teachers Patronage, 2) there is a significant correlation between morale of teachers with instructional quality SMP teachers Patronage in Denpasar, 3 ) there is a significant relationship supervision of superintendent of schools with instructional quality SMP teachers Patronage in Denpasar, and 4) a significant link together the behavior of school leadership, the morale of teachers, supervision of school inspectors with quality learning SMP teachers Patronage in Denpasar.
