DETERMINASI POLA KEPEMIMPINAN ASTABRATA HINDU, ETOS KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DAN PEGAWAI (SMP NEGERI 2 SUKASADA)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi pola kepemimpinan Astabrata Hindu, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai SMP N 2 Sukasada. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola kepemimpinan Astabrata Hindu terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,696 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 21,27%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,795 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 29,46%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi guru terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,822 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 29,11%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, dan etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,893 dan hubungannya sebesar 79,8%.

This study aims to determine the pattern of determination Astabrata Hindu leadership, work ethic and organizational culture on performance of teachers and employees of SMP N 2 Sukasada. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 33 people. Data compiled in the form of questionnaires and documentation, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant correlation between the pattern of Hindu Astabrata leadership on teacher performance and the employee with a correlation coefficient of 0,696 and effective contribution amounting to 21,27%, 2) there is a significant relationship between work ethic on the performance of teachers and staff with the correlation coefficient of 0,795 and effective contribution amounting to 29,46%, 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture of teachers on teacher performance and the employee with a correlation coefficient of 0,822 and effective contribution amounting to 29,11%, 4) with the same, there is a relationship significant among the managerial skills of principals, instructional supervision, and work ethic of teachers on teacher performance and the employee with multiple correlation coefficient 0,893 and the relationship amounted to 79,8%.
