KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PROFESIONALISME GURU TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI GUGUS V KECAMATAN BANJAR, KABUPATEN BULELENG
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kepala sekolah dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru sekolah dasar di Gugus V Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 58 orang guru, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah 50 orang guru. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru Sekolah Dasar, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan Motivasi Kepala Sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru Sekolah Dasar, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara Profesionalisme guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru Sekolah Dasar, 4) secara bersama-sama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Motivasi Kepala Sekolah dan Profesionalisme guru terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru Sekolah Dasar. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor peningkatakan kualitas pembelajaran guru sekolah dasar di Gugus V Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the leadership style of the principal, the principal motivation and professionalism of teachers to the quality of teaching elementary school teacher in Cluster V Banjar District, Buleleng. This research is ex post facto. The population of this research were 58 teachers, while the sample is 50 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire using Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research that has been conducted, showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the style of school leadership on the quality of teaching elementary school teachers, 2) there is a significant contribution Motivation Principal of the quality of teaching elementary school teachers, 3) there is a significant contribution the professionalism of teachers to the quality of teaching elementary school teacher, 4) together, there is a significant contribution to the style of leadership of the principal, the principal motivation and professionalism of teachers to the quality of teaching elementary school teachers. Thus, these three variables can be used as predictors of peningkatakan quality of teaching elementary school teacher in Cluster V District of Banjar Buleleng.
