KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, ETOS KERJA, DAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi Persepsi Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu)
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja, dan supervisi akademis kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru (Studi Persepsi Guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang guru. Data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu, dan 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja, dan supervise akademik kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kubu.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the principal's leadership style, work ethic and academic supervision of principals on teacher performance (Perception Studies teacher at SMPN 2 Kubu). This research is ex post facto. Population and samples used in this study amounted to 40 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire using Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research that has been conducted, showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the style of leadership of school principals on teacher performance in SMPN 2 Kubu, 2) there is a significant contribution to the work ethic on teacher performance in SMPN 2 Kubu, 3) there is a contribution significant academic supervision on the performance of the school head teacher at SMPN 2 Kubu, and 4) there is a significant contribution to the principal's leadership style, work ethic and academic supervision of school principals together on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 2 Kubu.
