Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Profesional dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru-Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 554 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitiannya sebanyak 85 orang. Data gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, motivasi kerja guru dan kinerja guru dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara, dan 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kuta Utara.

This study aims to determine the contribution of the principal's leadership style, professional competence and motivation of teachers on the performance of primary school teachers in the district of Kuta Utara. The research was ex-post facto. The population in this study as many as 554 people. While the study sample as many as 85 people. Data style of school leadership, professional competence, motivation of teachers and teacher performance are collected using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this research is simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research that has been conducted, showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the style of leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers of primary schools in the district of Kuta Utara, 2) there is a significant contribution to the professional competence of the performance of teachers of primary schools in the district of Kuta north, 3) there is a significant contribution to the work motivation of teachers to the performance of teachers of primary schools in the District of north Kuta, and 4) there is a significant contribution together style of school leadership, professional competence and motivation of teachers to the performance of teachers elementary school in the District of North Kuta.
