Kontribusi Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru-Guru Sekolah Dasar se Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi supervisi kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 orang guru. Dikarenakan jumlahnya sedikir, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Data supervisi kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja guru dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod, dan 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama supervisi kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru-guru sekolah dasar di Gugus 4 Kerobokan Kelod.

This study aims to determine the contribution supervision of principals, pedagogical and organizational culture on the performance of primary school teachers in Cluster 4 Kerobokan Kelod. The research was ex-post facto research. The population in this study amounted to 77 teachers. Due to the numbers a little bit, then the entire population of the research sample. Data supervision of principals, pedagogical, organizational culture, and the performance of teachers in this study were collected by questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is simple regression analysis, multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on research that has been done can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the supervision of the school principal to the performance of teachers of primary schools in Cluster 4 Kerobokan Kelod, 2) there is a significant contribution pedagogical competence to the performance of teachers of primary schools in Cluster 4 Kerobokan Kelod, 3) there is a significant contribution of organizational culture on performance of teachers of primary schools in Cluster 4 Kerobokan Kelod, and 4) there is a significant contribution jointly supervising principals, pedagogical and organizational culture on performance of teachers of primary schools in Cluster 4 Kerobokan Kelod.
