EFEKTIVITAS MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH (STUDI KASUS PADA SMA KRISTEN HARAPAN DENPASAR)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh Efektivitas Supporting Context, Supporting Input, Supporting Process baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah pada SMAK Harapan Denpasar dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitiaan ex post facto dengan populasi adalah seluruh komponen yang terkait dalam Pelaksanaan Manajemen Sekolah pada SMAK Harapan Denpasar. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 30 orang guru dan pegawai, dan 30 orang anggota komite sekolah, teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Cluster purposive sampling, dengan Instrumen penelitian: Kuesioner Supporting Context, Supportig Input, Supporting Process dan kuesioner Manajemen Kepala Sekolah. Tekhnik analisis data dengan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda dan Korelasi.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan: Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas Supporting Process, Supporting Input dengan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah di SMAK Harapan Denpasar dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS. Nilai Efektivitas 82,12%; 59,12%; memberi kontribusi masing-masing 2,1%; 8,4% terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,120; 0,339; (p>0,05; tidak signifikan. Persamaan garis regresi masing-masing, = 144,375+0,032 X1; = 138,581 + 0.062 X2;
Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efektvitas Supporting Process dengan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah di SMAK Harapan Denpasar dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS. Nilai Efektivitas 63,25% memberi kontribusi 30,8% terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,576 (p<0,05); signifikan. Persamaan garis regresi, = 102.274 + 0.201 X3;
Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Efektivitas Supporting Context, Supporting Input, dan Supporting Process, dengan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah di SMAK Harapan Denpasar dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS. Niai Efektivitas 61,81% member kontribusi 50,1% terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi 0,613 (p<0,05); signigfikan. Persamaan garis regresi, =23,963 + 0,049X1 + 0,085 X2 + 0,226X3.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disampaikan bahwa secara terpisah tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Efektivitas Supporting Context maupun Suporting Input terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Efektivitas Supporting process terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS.
Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Efektivitas Supporting Context, Supporting Input, dan Supporting Process, terhadap Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan MPMBS.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted in order to describe and analyze the effectiveness of supporting context, supporting input, supporting process both partially as well as simultaneously towards the school management of the headmaster at SMAK Harapan Denpasar when implementing school-based quality improvement management.
This study employed an ex-post facto design, involving all related components in the implementation of school management at SMAK Harapan Denpasar. The samples of the study consisted of 25 teaching staffs, 2 office staffs, and 2 guidance and counseling staff members, 30 students, and 30 school committe members. They were determined by using purposive sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires of (1) supporting context, (2) supporting input, (3) supporting proccess, and (4) school management of the headmaster, and they were analyzed by using simple regression multiple regression and correlation.
The result of analysis on 0.05 significant level, it was indicated that they were no significant correlation between supporting input, supporting proccess and the ability of the School Headmaster’s management at SMAK Harapan Denpasar when implementing school-based quality improvement management, with effective contribution and coefficient correlation of 2.1%; 8.4%; and 0.210: 0.339 respectively; and regression equation line of Ŷ = 144.375 + 0.032X1; Ŷ = 138.581 + 0.062x2.
There was a positive and significant corellation between supporting proccess and the school headmaster’s management abillity in implementing school-based quality improvement management at SMAK Harapan with effective contribution and coefficient correlation of 30.8% and 0.576 and the regression equation line of Ŷ = 102.274 + 0.201X3.
There was a positive and significant correlation simultaneously between supporting context, supporting input, supporting proccess and the school headmaster’s management ability in implementing school-based quality improvement management at SMAK Harapan with effective contribution and coefficient correlation of 50.1% and 0.613 and regression equation line of Ŷ = 23.963 + 0.049X1 + 0.085X2 + 0.226X3.
Based on the findings it could be concluded that in seperate there was no significant correlation between the supporting context as well as supporting input and the school headmaster’s management ability in implementing school-based quality improvement management, however, there was a positive and significant correlation between supporting proccess. While there was a simultaneous positive and significant correlation between supporting context, supporting input, supporting proccess and the school headmaster’s management ability in implementing school-based quality improvement management.
