KONTRIBUSI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI KECAMATAN KUTA UTARA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan (1) Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru (2) Kontribusi Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru (3) Kontribusi Etos Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru (4) Kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, Budaya Organisasi dan Etos kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di Kecamatan Kuta Utara. Populasi subyek penelitian adalah para guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Utara yang berjumlah 230 orang. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, dan regresi ganda. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh dan dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Kuta Utara  secara terpisah maupun secara simultan.

ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to identify and describe (1) Contribution of Principal Leadership towards Teacher Performance (2) Contribution of Culture Organization Performance towards Teachers Performance (3) Contribution of Working Ethos towards Teacher Performance (4) Together Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture and Working Ethos towards Teacher Performance.
The population of this study subjects were all teachers of SMP Kuta Utara that totaling 230 people in 2011-2012. Sampling is taken by using proportional random sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by simple regression and multiple regressions. the principal leadership, culture organization and working ethos are determined of teachers performance and can be utilized as predictors of  separately or simultaneous.
