Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Sekolah Model Kabupaten Tabanan (Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Penebel)

Abstract


This research aims to describe the effectiveness of internal quality assurance system in SMP Negeri 1 Penebel seen from the functioning of context. Variabel, input, process and product. The research subject in this study was 104 people comprised of principals, TPMPS, deputy Headmasters, head of affairs, Governance, school committees, teachers, parents, and student representatives who were selected using purposive techniques. Data is collected with quesioner and analyzed quantitative descriptive. The effectiveness of the program based on the raw score is transformed into the T-score then verified into a prototype teacher from Glickman. The results showed that the implementation of internal quality Assurance System (SPMI) in SMP Negeri 1 is classified as an effective category seen from the context variable, input, process, i.e. in the Quadrant I with context (+), input (+), process (+) and product (+). Thus, the implementation of this internal quality assurance system should be maintained and even improved and held improvements to the dimensions that are not yet effective, resulting in an optimal product.
