KONTRIBUSI TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN, DAN PENGALAMAN MENGAJAR TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN GURU BAHASA INDONESIA SMP NEGERI DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran guru bahasa Indonesia SMP Negeri di kabupaten Gianyar secara terpisah maupun simultan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 84 orang guru bahasa Indonesia SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada kontribusi yang signifikan tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman mengajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran guru bahasa Indonesia SMP Negeri di kabupaten Gianyar secara terpisah maupun simultan.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at finding out the contribution of the level of education, training and teaching experiences toward the quality of learning process management of Bahasa Indonesia teachers either desprerately or simultaneously. This research involved 84 Bahasa Indonesia teachers of state junior high school in Gianyar regency. This research used an ex post facto design. Data were collected through observation sheets and documentation study. Data were analyzed by using regression and correlation analysis. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that there was a significant contribution between the level of education, training and teaching experiences toward the quality of learning process management of Bahasa Indonesia teachers separately or simultaneously in the state junior high school in Gianyar regency.
