Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya determinasi antara kompetensi profesional, motivasi kerja, dan konsep diri akademik terhadap kinerja guru, secara terpisah maupun simultan pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem.
Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 115 guru pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan korelasi parsial.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja profesional guru pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem melalui persamaan garis regresi = 35,619 + 0,852 X1 dengan besar determinasi 35,80% dan sumbangan efektif 16,91%, (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 36,697 + 0,738 X2 dengan determinasi sebesar 25,60% dan sumbangan efektif 13,23%, (3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan konsep diri akademik terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem melalui persamaan garis regresi = 80,125 + 0,667 X3 dengan determinasi sebesar 29,80% dan sumbangan efektif 14,26%. dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat determinasi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional, motivasi kerja, dan konsep diri akademik terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem melalui persamaan garis regresi = 0,728 + 0,439X1 +0,310X2+0,347X3 dengan determinasi sebesar 44,40%
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara terpisah maupun simultan, terdapat determinasi yang signifikan kompetensi profesional, motivasi kerja, dan konsep diri akademik terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja profesional guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Karangasem.

This research aims at knowing the determination of professional competency, work motivation, and academic self-concept toward teacher’s performance, both separately as well as simultaneously of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district.
The sample consits of 115 teachers in public Senior High School in Karangasem district. This research used ex-post facto design. Data were collected with questionaire. The acquired data were analyzed by simple and multiple regression, as well as partial correlation.
This research faund out that: (1) there is a significant determination of the professional competency toward teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district with regression line = 35,619 + 0,852 X1 with determination power of 35,80% and effective contribution 16,91% (2) there is a significant determination of the work motivation toward teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district with regression line: = 36,697 + 0,738 X2 with determination power of 25,60% and effective contribution of 13,23%, (3) there is a significant determination of the academic self-concept toward teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district with regression line = 80,125 + 0,667 X3 with determination power of 29,80% and effective contribution of 14,26%, and (4) simultaneously, there are significant determination of the professional competency, work motivation, and academic self-concept toward teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district with regression line = 0,728 + 0,439X1 +0,310X2+0,347X3 with determination power of 44,40%.
Based on those findings, it can be concluded that separately and simultaneously there is a significant determination professional compeency, work motivation, academic self-concept toward teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district. So, those three factors can be used as the determinant on predicting the tendency of teacher’s performance of public Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district.Full Text:
