KONTRIBUSI KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH, DAN PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG KOMPETENSINYA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 BLAHBATUH
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) kontribusi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) kontribusi supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kontribusi persepsi Kompetensi guru terhadap kinerjanya, (4) kontribusi manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi kepala sekolah, dan persepsi Kompetensi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh.
Penelitian ini termasuk ex-post fakto korelasional terhadap populasi subyek guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh, yang berjumlah 68 orang. Penelitian ini adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk variabel kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi kepala sekolah, persepsi guru dan kinerja guru dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, gand dan analisis korelasi parsial.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh dengan kontribusi sebesar 33%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 17%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 15,5%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari superivisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Blahbatuh dengan kontribusi sebesar 25,6%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 11%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 10,3%. (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari persepsi Kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,9%, sumbangan efektif (SE) sebesar 33%, dan determinasi parsial sebesar 35,7%.(4) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi kepala sekolah dan persepsi Kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh dengan kontribusi sebesar 62,6%.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi kepala sekolah, persepsi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Persepsi guru tentang kompetensinya memberikan kontribusi yang paling besar. Hal ini berarti bahwa persepsi guru tentang kompetensinya merupakan prediktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh.

ABSTRACT
This research is to know and analyze: (1) the principal managerial contribution to teacher’s performance, (2) the principal supervision contribution to the teacher’s performance, (3) contribution of teachers' perceptions to teacher’s performance, (4) contribution of principal managerial, principal supervisory and teacher’s perceptions simultaneusly on the teacher’s performance in SMA 1 Blahbatuh.
This research includes the ex-post facto research with correlational approach by populations were 68 respondents. The study was a survey. Data was collected by using a questionnaire for the principal managerial ability variable, principle supervisory, and teachers' perceptions on their performance by using Likert scale models. Data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple and partial correlation analysis.
The results shows that (1) there is a significant contribution from the principle managerial ability toward the teacher performance in SMA 1 Blahbatuh with contribution of 33%, effective contribution (SE) 17%, and partial determination of 15.5%. (2) There is a significant contribution from the principle superivisory on the teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh with out contribution of 25.6%, effective contribution (SE) of 11%, and partial determination of 10.3%. (3) There is a significant contribution of teachers' perceptions on their performance in SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh with contribution of 45.9%, effective contribution (SE) of 33%, and partial determination of 35.7%. (4) There is significant contribution of principle managerial ability, principle supervisory and teacher’s perceptions on their performance in the SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh with a contribution of 62.6%.
Based on these findings concluded that there is a significant contribution of the principle managerial ability, principle supervisory, teachers' perceptions on their performance. Teachers' perceptions about their competence give highest contribution to teacher performance. This means that the teacher's perception on their competence become most dominant predictor in improving the teacher performance in SMA 1 Blahbatuh.
