KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA SEKOLAH, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN GURU-GURU DI SMP PGRI 4 DENPASAR

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi supervise akademik Kepala Sekolah, budaya sekolah dan etoskerja guru terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervise akademik Kepala Sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi = 155,557 + 0,774 X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 48,1 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 21,5 %, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 118,632 + 0,962 X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,5 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,5 %, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 93,189 + 1,282 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 54,2 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,7 %, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara supervise akademik Kepala Sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 78,380 + 0,346 X1 + 0,484 X2 + 0,490 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 75,7 %. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik KepalaSekolah, budaya sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan.

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the contribution of School Principal Academic Supervision, school culture and work ethic of teachers on the quality of learning management of SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar separately or simultaneously. The study population was teachers in SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar with 39 teachers as the total sample.This study used ex-post facto design. Data were analyzed with regression, correlation and analysis of determination. Results shows that: (1) there is a significant contribution between academic supervision school principal to quality management of learning through the equation of the regression line = 155.557 + 0.774 X1 with a contribution of 48.1% and the effective contribution about 21.5%, (2) there is a significant contribution school culture with the quality management of learning through a regression line equation: = 118.632 + 0.962 X2 with a contribution of 66.5% and the effective contribution at 33.5%, (3) there is a significant contribution to the work ethic of the teacher’s teaching quality management through the regression line = 93.189 + 1.282 X3 with a contribution of 54.2% and the effective contribution at 20.7%, and (4) there is a togetherness significant contribution between the principal academic supervision, school culture, and workethic on the quality of teacher learning management through the regression line = 78.380 + 0.346 X1 + 0.484 X2 + 0.490 X3 with a contribution of 75,7%.By these findings, it is concluded that there is a significant contribution among the school principal academic supervision, school culture and work ethic to the quality of learning management SMP PGRI 4 Denpasar separately or simultaneously.
