STUDI HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 1 BANGLI
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, (2) hubungan kompetensi profesional dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, dan (3) hubungan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, serta (4) hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bangli.
Penelitian ini termasuk rancangan ex-post facto, yang melibatkan tiga variabel bebas yakni: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan motivasi kerja guru dengan satu variabel terikat yakni kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 1 Bangli yang berjumlah 40 orang. Semua anggota populasi diambil sebagai responden penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Bangli dengan korelasi sebesar 36%, determinasi 13%, sumbangan efektif 13%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Bangli dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 51,4%, determinasi 26,4%, dan sembangan efektif 22%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Bangli dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 45%, determinasi 21,6%, dan sumbangan efektif 17%; dan (4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Bangli dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 72% dan determinasi 52,1%.

ABSTRACT
This study was aimed at determine: (1) the correlation of leadership principal to teachers performance in SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, (2) the correlation of professional competence of teachers performance in SMP Negeri 1 Bangli, and (3) the correlation of work motivation to teachers performance in SMP 1 Bangli, and (4) the correlation of leadership principal, professional competency, work motivation of teachers to teachers performance in SMP Negeri 1 Bangli.
This study used ex-post facto design, that was involved three independent variables, those were; principal leadership, professional competency, and work motivation with a dependent variable that was teacher performance. The population of the study were 40 teachers in the SMP Negeri 1 Bangli. All members of the population were taken as respondents. Data was filltered by questionnaires and analyzed with simple regression, simple correlation, multiple regression, and multiple correlation.
The results showed that: (1) there were significant correlation of leadership principal toward teachers performance in the SMP Negeri 1 Bangli with coefficient correlation of 36%, determination 13%, and effective contribution 13% (2) there were significant correlation of professional competency toward teacher performance in th SMP Negeri 1 Bangli with coefficients correlation of 51,4%, detemination of 26,4%, and effective contribution 22% (3) there were significant correlation of work motivation toward the teachers performance in the SMP Negeri 1 Bangli with correlation coefficient of 46,5%, determination of 21,6%, and effective contribution 17% (4) there were significant correlation of principal leadership, professional competency and work motivation toward the teachers performance in the SMP Negeri 1 Bangli with multiple coefficient correlations of 72,2% and determination of 52,1%.
