STUDI EVALUATIF PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM LESSON STUDY DALAM PEMBELAJARAN EKONOMI PADA MGMP SMA PELAKSANA HIBAH BLOCK GRANT- LS DI KABUPATEN BULELENG PROPINSI BALI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan program lesson study pada MGMP Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Buleleng ditinjau dari segi kontek, input,proses dan produk, serta untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan program lesson study pada MGMP Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Buleleng .Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada MGMP Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Buleleng dengan menggunakan evaluasi model CIPP.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kontek termasuk katagori sangat efektif, variabel input termasuk katagori sangat efektif namun pada lingkungan kerja termasuk katagori efektif, variable proses termasuk katagori sangat efektif, variabel produk termasuk katagori sangat efektif dan secara umum berdasarkan analisis CIPP pelaksanaan program pada MGMP Ekonomi Kabupaten Buleleng termasuk katagori sangat efektif. Kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan program Lesson Study antara lain belum seragamnya pemahaman tentang lesson study,ketersediaan dana dan dukungan finansial, memerlukan keterlibatan banyak guru dalam proses pembelajaran.

Sebagai implikasi kesimpulan ini akhirnya direkomendasikan beberapa hal di antaranya adalah bahwa program ini layak diteruskan, program ini perlu disempurnakan pada variabel yang belum efektif dan perlu dievaluasi secara berkesinambungan dan hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untuk pelaksanaan program pada tahun berikutnya.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the implementation of Lesson Study Program at Economic MGMP High School Buleleng regency, viewed from context, input, process and product and at finding out the constraints encountered in the implementation of this program at Economic MGMP by using CIPP evaluation model.

The result of the data analysis showed that the context variable fell into the very effective category, the input  variable fell into the very effective category, the process variable fell into the very effective category, the product variable fell into the very effective category, but some aspect were still not effective, in general, on the basis of CIPP, the implementation of the program at MGMP Economic fell into the very effective category. The constrains encountered in the implementation of the program included the use of there is not a homogeneus of understanding about lesson study, availability of facilities and finances, it needs teachers participation in teaching- learning process.

As the implication of the conclusion,the following points are recommended. The program is feasible to be continued and improved in some aspects which have not been effective and need to be evaluated in a sustainable way to find out the progress and obstacles of the program that can be recommended in the implementation of the program in the following year.
