Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui efektivitas program pendidikan sistem ganda di SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk. Model evaluasi program yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua program keahlian, guru, komite, dan dunia usaha/ dunia industri pasangan yang berjumlah 22 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program pendidikan sistem ganda skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam Skor-T kemudian diverivifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektivitas program pendidikan sistem ganda di SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar tergolong sangat efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk. Artinya; pada variabel konteks efektif, pada variabel input efektif pada variabel proses efektif, dan pada variabel produk tefektif..

ABSTRACT

This study aimed at analyzing and finding out the effectiveness of dual system education at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar ini terms of context, input, process and product variables. In this study the effectiveness of dual system education program was done by analyzing the role of each of the factors in accordance with the CIPP (context, input, process, product) model. The population comprised the school principal, the head of specialization program, the teacher, the committee and business/industry partners with the total of 22. The data were collected by using questionnaire and observation sheet. To determine the effectiveness of dual system education at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar, the raw scores were converted into T-scores and then verified into Glickman prototyve. The result of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of dual system education at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar fell into category very effective in terms of the variables of context, input, process, and product.
