STUDI EVALUATIF TENTANG PENGELOLAAN BIAYA PENDIDIKAN PADA MAN NEGARA KABUPATEN JEMBRANA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan biaya pendidikan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Negara Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 797 orang yang terdiri dari siswa, guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Negara Kabupaten Jembrana. Metode penelitian menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mentransformasikan skor mentah ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan biaya pendidikan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Negara Kabupaten Jembrana ditinjau dari : (1) komponen konteks mencapai kategori efektif, (2) komponen input mencapai kategori efektif, (3) komponen proses mencapai kategori sangat efektif dan (4) komponen produk mencapai kategori efektif.

This research was aimed at knowing the affectivity of the educational cost management in Islamic State Senior High School Negara Jembrana regency considered from context, input, process and product components. The variables of this study were from variable of context, input, process, and product. The sample of this study was 797 persons that consisted of students, educators, and other educational staffs in Islamic State Senior High School Negara Jembrana regency. CIPP model of evaluation was used as research method. The data was analysed by using descriptive analysis by transforming raw score into T-score then it was verified into Glickman prototype. Based on the result of analysis it is found that the affectivity of the educational cost management in Islamic State Senior High School Negara Jembrana regency considered from : (1) context component reaches effective category, (2) input component gets effective category, (3) process component gains very effective category and (4) product component obtains effective category.
