Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kontribusi kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar ujian nasional kelompok bisnis dan manajemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 1 Gianyar di Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini meneliti seluruh siswa Kelas III dengan 152 orang sample penelitian dengan teknik populasi studi. Penelitian ini menggunakan perancangan expost facto. Penelitian ini mengacu pada skala likert, dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner menilai tentang kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin belajar. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat kontribusi kualitas pembelajaran dengan prestasi belajar dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,10% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 15,37%; 2) terdapat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi belajar dengan kontribusi 13,76% dan sumbangan efektif 10,21%; 3) terdapat hubungan antara disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,47 dan sumbangan efektif 12,35%. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan berdasarkan besarnya koefisien korelasi parsial ternyata kekuatan hubungan ketiga variable bebas terhadap prestasi belajar ujian nasional mata pelajaran produktif kelompok bisnis dan manajemen pada kelas III di SMK Negeri 1 Gianyar.

THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE QUALITY OF INSTRUCTION, ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND STUDY DISCIPLINE TOWARD LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN THE NATIONAL EXAMINATION IN THE PRODUCTIVE SUBJECT: KELOMPOK BISNIS DAN MANAJEMEN ( A STUDY WITH THE THIRD CLASS STUDENTS OF SMK NEGERI GIANYAR IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2008-2009)

ABSTRACT

This study aimed at finding out the contribution of  the quality of instruction, achievement motivation and study discipline toward learning achievement  in the national examination in Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen. This study was conducted  at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Gianyar in the regency of Gianyar. This study involved all of the 152 third grade students. This study used ex-post facto design. This study referred to Likert scale   as the model in collecting data with  questionnaire  to evaluate the quality of instruction, achievement motivation and study discipline. Data were analyzed by simple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, multiple regression, partial correlation and determination analysis.

The results showed that (1) there was a correlation between quality and learning achievement   with the contribution of 24.10% and the effective contribution of 15.37%; (2) there was a correlation between achievement motivation and learning achievement   with the contribution of 13.76% and the effective contribution of 10.21%; (3) there was a correlation between   study discipline and learning achievement  with the contribution of 17.47 and the effective contribution of 12.35%. This study also proved that, based on   the multitude of the partial correlation coefficient, the strength of the correlation of the three independent variables    and   learning achievement in the national examination  in the productive subject: Kelompok Bisnis dan Manajemen of the third class  of SMK   Negeri 1 Gianyar.
