KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA BALI PADA GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS SE- KABUPATEN BADUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran Bahasa Bali secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SMA Se-Kabupaten Badung dengan jumlah 33 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus recearch sehingga jumlah sampel 33. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi = 144,751 + 0,803 X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,9 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 17,9 %, (2) terdapat kontribusi kompetensi professional terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 129,157 + 0,866 X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 42,4 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,9 %, (3) terdapat kontribusi pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 200,915 + 0,344 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,1 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 35,5 %, dan (4) terdapat terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui persamaan garis regresi = 118,042 + 0,370 X1+ 0,385 X2+ 0,218 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 72,3 %. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja, kompetensi profesional dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran Bahasa Bali SMA Se-Kabupaten Badung secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran Bahasa Bali, Kabupaten Badung.

The Objective of this recent study is to know how far the contribution of working motivation, Professional competency and teacher’ working experience toward the Quality of Organizing Balinese Learning to the teachers of Senior High School in Badung Regency separately as simultaneously. The Population of this study is all the Senior High School Balinese Teachers all over Badung. The total samples are 33 teachers. It is census research technique. This study designed as ex-post facto research. The data are collected by using questioner and observation sheet. The data are analyzed by using correlation regression and determination analysis. The result of data analysis showed that (1) There is positive and significant contribution between working motivation toward the quality of Organizing Balinese Learning through linear regression equation = 144,751 + 0,803 X1 with the Contribution 38,9% and effective endowment 17,9%, (2) There is positive and significant contribution between Professional Competency toward the Quality of Organizing Balinese Learning through linear regression equation = 129,157 + 0,866 X2 with the Contribution 42,2% and effective endowment, (3) There is positive and significant contribution between working experience toward the quality of organizing learning, through linear regression equation = 200,915 + 0,344 X3 with contribution 35,5 % and (4) there is positive and significant contribution between working motivation, professional competency and working experience toward the quality of organizing Balinese Learning simultaneously, through linear regression equation = 118,042 + 0,370 X1+ 0,385 X2+ 0,218 X3 with the contribution 72,3%. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is positive and significant between working motivation, teachers’ working experience and professional competency toward the quality of organizing Balinese Learning to the Teachers of Senior High School in Badung Regency separately or simultaneously. It means that the three factors can be used as predictor of tendency level the quality of organizing Balinese Learning in Senior High School all over Badung Regency.
