Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya determinasi: motivasi kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala seksi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Bali, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitiaan ex post facto dengan populasi berjumlah 124 orang pegawai yang merupakan pegawai Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Bali. Jumlah Sampel dalam penelitian ini didapat dengan menggunakan table Krejcie dan Morgan adalah 94 orang. Setelah itu secara random sampling dan data diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial, motivasi kerja pegawai memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 4,7%; budaya organisasi 36.0%; gaya kepemimpinan kepala seksi 38.7% terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) secara simultan motivasi kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala seksi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 79.4% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan motivaasi kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala seksi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Bali, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

This research aims at investigating the determination of work motivation, organization culture, and leadership style of regional office head of the ministry of religion, Bali Province, partially and simultaneously. It was an ex-post facto research with the population of 124 employees of the ministry of religion, Bali Province. The sample was 94 employees which were taken randomly and the data were collected using questionnaire. The total sample in this study basede on table Krejcie dan Morgan is 94 persons.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic, simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation, and multiple correlation. The result of the research shows that: (1) partially, work motivation contributes 4,7%; organization culture contributes 36,0%; leadership style contributes 38,7% on employees’ performance, (2) simultaneously, work motivation, organization culture, and leadership style of regional office head contributes 79,4% on employees’ performance. This result shows that there is a significant contribution of work motivation, organization culture, and leadership style of regional office head on employees’ performance of the ministry of religion, Bali Province.
