PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TANDUR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN GEOGRAFI TERHADAP LITERASI SAINS DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IPS SMA NEGERI 2 AMLAPURA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan literasi sains dan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang mengkuti model pembelajaran TANDUR dengan siswa yang mengikuti model Pembelajaran Konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan mengambil populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas XI IPS semester ganjil di SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi sensus karena seluruh kelas XI IPS dijadikan sebagai sumber data penelitian. Random hanya dilakukan untuk menentukan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah literasi sains dan prestasi belajar yang keduanya dikumpulkan dengan metode tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis deskriptif dan analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam pencapaian literasi sains dan prestasi belajar geografi, model pembelajaran TANDUR lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensonal.

This study aimed at analyzing the differences in scientific literacy and academic achievement between students who learnt through TANDUR model and students who learnt through conventional model. This study was an experimental research. The population of this study were the eleventh grade students of social program classes in SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura academic year 2013/2014. The research design was posttest only nonequivalent control group design. This study used census study because all eleventh grade students of social program classes were treated as the source of the research data. Random Sampling was done to determine the control group and the experimental group. The data of student’ scientific literacy and academic achievement were collected through test. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive and multivariate analysis. The results of this study revealed that the scientific literacy and academic achievement of students who learnt through TANDUR model is better than students who learnt through convensional model.
