KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PADA SMK NEGERI DI GIANYAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi supervisi akademik, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMP Negeri di Gianyar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 298 guru pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan tabel Krejcie and Morgan, ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 168 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 22,9%, (2) terdapat kontribusi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 21,9%, (3) terdapat kontribusi etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 24,0%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi supervisi akademik, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,8%.
Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi supervisi akademik, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan etos kerja terhadap kualitas kualitas layanan proses pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri di Gianyar.

This study aimed to find out the contribution academic supervision, principal leadership, and work ethics toward the service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar both partially and simultaneously. This study belonged to ex post facto approach. The population in this study were 298 teachers at SMK Negeri in Gianyar. Sampling technique were taken by stratified random sampling. Based on Krejcie and Morgan table so that the sample size in this study were 168 teachers. The analysis data that used in this study were partial correlation and multiple linier regresssion.
The results of this study showed that: (1) there is a contribution of academic supervision towards the service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar in the amount of 22.9%, (2) there is a contribution of principal leadership towards the service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar in the amount of 21.9%, (3) there is a contribution of work ethics towards the service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar in the amount of 24.0%, and (4) there is a contribution of academic supervision, principal leadership, and service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar in the amount of 21.9%.
Based on the findings it could be concluded that there is a contribution of academic supervision, principal leadership, and service quality of learning process at SMK Negeri in Gianyar.
