DETERMINASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-GUGUS 3 KECAMATAN KUTA UTARA KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Gugus 3 Kecamatan Kuta Utara Kabupaten Badung. Pendekatan penelitian ini tergolong ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SD Negeri se-gugus 3 Kecamatan Kuta Utara Kabupaten Badung yang 116 berjumlah guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik cluster sampling sederhana, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 92 guru. Pengumpulan data disaring dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 35,3%, (2) terdapat determinasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 29,7%, (3) terdapat determinasi supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 27,2%, dan (4) terdapat determinasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 51,6%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Gugus 3 Kecamatan Kuta Utara Kabupaten Badung.

The objective of this study was to find out the determination of principal leadership style, work discipline, and academic supervision towards teacher performance in public elementary school at Gugus 3, North Kuta district, Badung regency. This study belongs to the ex post facto. The populations in this study were teachers of public elementary school at Gugus 3, North Kuta district, Badung regency of 116 teachers.
