Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi baik secara terpisah maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi yang jumlahnya 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sensus dengan ukuran 64 orang. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,2%, (2) terdapat kontribusi iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 29,7%, (3) terdapat kontribusi kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,6%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja sekolah, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, iklim kerja, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi
