Studi Evaluatif Tentang Pengelolaan Sekolah Efektif Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 2 Tabanan.
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pengelolaan sekolah efektif pada SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk (CIPP). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, pegawai, komite sekolah dan siswa yang berjumlah 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan efektifitas pengelolaan sekolah efektif, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam Z-skor dan T- Skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype Glickman.
Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa efektifitas pengelolaan sekolah efektif di SMA 2 Tabanan tergolong efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input proses dan produk dengan hasil berada pada kuadran II (+ + + -). Masalah yang ditemukan dalam pengelolaan sekolah efektif di SMAN 2 Tabanan adalah sebagai berikut: Rendahnya peran orang tua terhadap pilihan anak terhadap ekstrakurikuler, Kurangnya minat siswa terhadap pilihan ekstrakurikuler yang tersedia di sekolah, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran terutama pada fasilitas-fasilitas komputer yang terbatas.

The aim of this study was to analyze and to find out the effectiveness of implementation of effective school management viewed from the variable of context, input, process and product (CIPP model). Respondents in this study were principal, vice-principal, teacher, school committee, students, by measure of sample were 100 people. Data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documents. Data has been analyzed with descriptive analysis. To determine the effectiveness of implementation of effective school management, raw scores were transformed into Z-scores and then into T-score then verified into a prototype of Glickman.
The results of analysis finds that the effectiveness of implementation of effective school management is effective category viewed from the variable of context, input process and product with results located in quadrant II (+ + + -). Obstacles have been found in the implementation of effective school management as follows:
The low of parent role at their child choice toward extracurricular, less of student interest toward extracurricular selection that provide by the school, limitation of infrastructure and facilities in support of learning-teaching process especially at computer that limited.
