Pengaruh Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Somatis, Auditori,Visual, dan Intelektual (SAVI) Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Hasil Observasi Dengan Mempertimbangkan Minat Menulis Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Harapan Nusantara.
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SAVI terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi, 2) pengaruh interaksi antara penggunakan model pembelajaran SAVI dan minat siswa, 3) pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SAVI terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi pada siswa yang memiliki minat menulis tinggi, 4) pengaruh penggunakan model pembelajaran SAVI terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi pada siswa yang memiliki minat menulis rendah. Penelitian dirancang dengan Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Harapan Nusantara. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner minat menulis dan tes teks hasil observasi. Data dianalis dengan Anava dua jalur melalui uji F dan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitian, (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Savi terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi, 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan minat menulis siswa (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Savi terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi siswa yang memiliki minat menulis tinggi (4) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Savi terhadap kemampuan menulis teks hasil observasi siswa yang memiliki minat menulis rendah. Disimpulkan penggunaan model pembelajaran SAVI lebih baik diterapkan pada pembelajaran menulis teks hasil observasi di SMP Harapan Nusantara.

This research aims at investigating 1) The effect of SAVI Method on the writing report text, 2) interaction effect between the implementation of SAVI method and Student’s writing interest, 3) The effect of SAVI Method implementation on writing report text with high writing interest, 4) The effect of SAVI Method implementation on writing report text with low writing interest. This research was designed with Quasi Eksperimen. The populations of this research are the seventh grade students of SMP Harapan Nusantara. The students were selected as sample through random sampling. The data were collected by means of writing interest questionnaire and writing report test. The acquired data were analyzed statistically by two-way ANOVA and Tukey test. The result shows that 1) there was a significant difference in wring report text competency between the students who were taught by SAVI Method, 2) there is a significant interaction effect between the implementation of Learning Method and Student’s writing interest,3) there is a significant effect between the implementation of SAVI Method on writing report text of the student with high writing interest, 4) There is no significant difference between the implementation of SAVI Method on writing report text of the student with low writing interest. It can be conclude that implementation of SAVI Method have a significant effect on writing report text interest in SMP Harapan Nusantara.
