KESANTUNAN VERBAL DAN NONVERBAL PADA TUTURAN DIREKTIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI SMP TAMAN RAMA NATIONAL PLUS JIMBARAN
Abstract
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kesantunan bentuk tindak tutur direktif secara verbal dan nonverbal, (2) kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur direktif secara verbal dan nonverbal, dan (3) bentuk penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan verbal dan norverbal pada tindak tutur direktif dalam pembelajaran di SMP Taman Rama National Plus Jimbaran. Subjek Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga guru yang mengajar Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) dan seluruh siswa (58 siswa) yang duduk di kelas VII, VIII, dan IX di SMP Taman Rama National Plus Jimbaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kemunculan kesantunan bentuk tindak tutur direktif secara verbal dan nonverbal pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Taman Rama National Plus, yaitu bentuk tuturan imperatif, bentuk tuturan deklaratif, dan bentuk tuturan interogatif, (2) terdapat kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur direktif pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Taman Rama National, yaitu kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur mengajak, kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur memerintah, kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur memohon, kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur meminta, kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur menyarankan, dan kesantunan fungsi tindak tutur melarang, (3) terdapat penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan verbal dan nonverbal pada tindak tutur direktif dalam pembelajaran di SMP Taman Rama National Plus Jimbaran, yaitu penyimpangan prinsip keramahan dan persahabatan, penyimpangan prinsip tidak memaksa dan tidak terkesan angkuh, dan penyimpangan prinsip tidak langsung atau berpagar.
Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) politeness forms of directive speech acts in verbal and nonverbal, (2) politeness function of directive speech acts in verbal and nonverbal, and (3) the form of verbal and non-verbal principle deviations in the directive speech act in the learning process at Taman Rama National Plus Junior High School Jimbaran.The population in this study includes three teachers who teach Mathematics and Natural Sciences (IPA) and all students (58 students) who sit in grade VII, VIII, and IX at Taman Rama National Plus Junior High School Jimbaran. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) there is presence of politeness feature in the form of directive speech act both verbal and nonverbal in the learning process in Taman Rama National Plus Junior High School, which include the imperative form of speech, declarative form of speech and interrogative forms of speech, (2) there is a politeness function in directive speech acts in the learning process at Taman Rama National Plus Junior High School, which include the politeness function of speech acts in asking someone, politeness functions of speech acts in giving order/instruction, politeness function of speech acts in begging, the politeness function in requesting, politeness function in giving suggestion, and politeness function in prohibiting, (3) there are deviations of verbal and nonverbal politeness principles in directive speech act in the learning process at Taman Rama National Plus Junior High School, namely the deviation of principle of hospitality and friendship, deviation of principle of to not force someone or being arrogant, and indirect deviation of principle.
