Efektivitas Pendekatan Konseling Rational Emotive Behavio Dengan Teknik Neuro Linguistic Programming untuk Meningkatkan Self Deference Siswa

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Rational Emotive Behavior Counseling Theory with Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques to Improve Self Defference in Class X Ph A Students of SMK N 1 Singaraja. This type of research is in "quasi-experimental" by using a randomized controlled trial design. research design The study population was students of class X SMK 1 Singaraja. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that students obtained class X PH A as an experimental class totaling 36 students of class X PH B as a control group of 36 students. . Data collection instruments using observation, interviews, diaries and questionnaires. Conclusions based on the results of this study can be recommended that this counseling model is effective to do in school. Research shows that there is an Effectiveness of Rational Emotive Behavior Counseling Theory with Neuro Linguistic Programming Techniques to Improve Self Defference of Class X PHB Students.
