STUDI EVALUATIF IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN PAIKEM PADA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN PAYANGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pendekatan PAIKEM pada Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk serta kendala- kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluative kuantitatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis efektifitas masing- masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua kepala sekolah, guru, dan guru yang mengajar di kelas V dan VI, di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Payangan, Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 232 orang. Sebanyak 140 orang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, lembar observasi dan pencatatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendekatan PAIKEM pada Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk dengan hasil (+ + + +) artinya pada variable konteks efektif, pada variable input efektif, pada variable proses efektif, pada variable produk efektif. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendekatan PAIKEM pada Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Payangan ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk tergolong efektif.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the approach in primary schools in the District PAIKEM Payangan terms of the component context, input, process , and product as well as the constraints encountered in implementation . This study includes a quantitative evaluative research, which shows the procedures and processes of the program. This study analyzed data on the effectiveness of each factor in accordance with the CIPP models. The subjects were all headmasters,and teachers who teach in classes V and VI , the District Elementary School in Payangan, Gianyar regency which amounts to 232 people . A total of 140 people were taken as the study sample. Data was collected using questionnaires, observation and recording sheet documents. The results showed PAIKEM approach in primary schools in the District in terms of components Payangan context , input, process, and product with the result ( + + + + ) means that the effective variable context , the effective input variable, the variable effective process , the variable effective products. Based on these findings it can be concluded that the implementation approach in primary schools in the District PAIKEM Payangan terms of components of context, inputs, processes, and products classified as effective.
