PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR TIK DENGAN KOVARIABEL MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP GANESHA DENPASAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar TIK dengan kovariabel motivasi berprestasi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Ganesha Denpasar. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Ganesha Denpasar yang berjumlah 200 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan random sederhana yang berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava Satu Jalur, Anakova, dan Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar TIK antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Ganesha Denpasar, (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar TIK antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran inkuiri dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional setelah motivasi berprestasi dikendalikan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Ganesha Denpasar, dan (3) terdapat kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar TIK pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Ganesha Denpasar.

This research aims at investigating the effect of inquiry learning model on IT learning achievement with covariable of achievement motivation of eight grade students of SMP Ganesha Denpasar. This research used nonequivalent control group design. The population was 200 eight grade students of SMP Ganesha Denpasar. The sample was 80 students taken using simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using one-way Anova, Ancova, and Simple Regression. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a difference of IT learning achievement between students learning using inquiry learning model and those learning using conventional learning model in eight grade students of SMP Ganesha Denpasar, (2) there is a difference of IT learning achievement between students learning using inquiry learning model and those learning using conventional learning model after achievement motivation is controlled in eight grade students of SMP Ganesha Denpasar, and (3) there is a contribution of achievement motivation on IT learning achievement of eight grade students of SMP Ganesha Denpasar.
