Pengaruh Pelatihan Lari Kijang dan Lari Lutut Diangkat Tinggi Terhadap Prestasi Lari 100 Meter Ditinjau Dari Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan lari kijang dan lari lutut diangkat tinggi terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter ditinjau dari daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Dawan tahun pelajaran 2013/1014, dengan menggunakan metode quas - exsperiment. Penelitian melibatkan 128 siswa sebagai sampel, diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes lari 100 meter menggunakan stop - watch. Data dianalisis menggunakan anava dua jalur dan uji tukey Hasil penelitian menunjukan; Pertama, terdapat perbedaan prestasi lari 100 meter antara siswa mengikuti pelatihan lari kijang dengan pelatihan lutut diangkat tinggi, ( = 6,779; p < 0,05). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pelatihan lari kijang dan lari lutut diangkat tinggi dengan daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap prestasi lari 100 meter ( = 38,729; p < 0,05) Ketiga, terdapat perbedaan prestasi lari 100 meter antara siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan lari kijang dan lari lutut diangkat tinggi pada siswa yang memilki daya ledak tungkai tinggi = 8,60; p < 0, 05). Keempat, tidak terdapat perbedaan prestasi lari 100 meter antara siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan lari kijang dan lari lutut diangkat tinggi, pada siswa yang memiliki daya ledak tungkai rendah = 3.29: p > 0, 05).

he aims of this research are to investigate the effect of exercise on alternate leg bound and high knees run to running 100 meters achievement from leg muscle power to eleven grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Dawan academic year 2013/1014, by using a quasi- experiment. Use of sample 128, this is taken with class random sampling tecnique. The research instrument is test of running 100 meter by stop- watch. There were anlyzed using two way anova and Tukey test. The results showed that: First, there was a differences on running 100 meter achievement between the student who followed exercise on alternate leg bound with hight knees run ( = 6,779; p < 0,05). Second, there was an interaction effect between exercise on alternate leg bound and high knees from leg muscles power to the running 100 meter achievement (Q = 38,729; p < 0,05). Third, there was a difference on running 100 meter achievement between the student who followed exercise on alternate leg bound and hight knees run to the group of student who had high leg muscle power (Q=8, 60; p < 0,05) Fourth, there was no difference on running 100 meter achievement between the student who followed exercise on alternate leg bound and high knee run to the group of the students who had low leg muscle power (Q = 3.29 : p > 0,05).
