PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA SISWA KELAS VI SLB NEGERI GIANYAR
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media gambar terhadap motivasi belajar IPA. (2) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pra eksperimental dengan desain penelitian One Shot Case Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SLB Negeri Gianyar yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Pemilihan subyek penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu melibatkan seluruh populasi dalam penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar IPA dan kuesioner motivasi hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) penggunaan metode pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media gambar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar IPA pada siswa kelas VI SLB Negeri Gianyar, (2) penggunaan metode pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan media gambar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas VI SLB Negeri Gianyar.

This study aims at (1) finding the effect of contextual teaching method assisted with picture media on motivation in learning science, (2) finding the effect of contextual teaching method assisted with picture media on science learning achievement. This is a pre-experimental research with one shot case study design. The population was 12 students at class VI SLB Negeri Gianyar. The subjects of this research were selected by using census sampling technique involving all population in the research. The data of science learning achievement were collected through test and the data of learning motivation were collected by using questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by using T-test. Research findings show that: (1) implementation of contextual teaching method assisted with picture media significantly affects the students’ motivation of learning science at class VI SLB Negeri Gianyar, (2) implementation of contextual teaching method assisted with picture media significantly affects the science learning achievement of students class VI SLB Negeri Gianyar.
