Pengaruh Pelatihan Plaiometrik Terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Ditinjau dari Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai pada SMP Negeri 3 Sawan tahun pelajaran 2010/2011
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara hasil lompat jauh pada siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik dengan siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan konvensional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sawan semester II tahun ajaran 2010/2011 berjumlah 221 orang. Sampel diambil dengan cara random, jumlah sampel 76 orang dengan rincian putra 40 orang dan putri 36 orang. Sampel dibagi sebanyak dua kelas yaitu 38 orang pada kelas eksperimen (VIIIB), dan 38 orang pada kelas kontrol (VIIIF). Rancangan penelitian menggunakan post test only control group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan pengukuran. Setelah eksperimen berakhir data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik anakova satu jalur.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan ditemukan 1) Sebelum dikendalikan oleh kovariabel daya ledak otot tungkai, terdapat perbedaan hasil lompat jauh antara siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik dan pelatihan konvensional (Fhitung 84.006 > Ftabel 3.98). Dan rata-rata hitung pelatihan plaiometrik diketahui 36.55 sedangkan pelatihan konvensional 34.55 ini berarti bahwa hasil lompat jauh siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik lebih baik dari siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan konvensional. 2) Setelah dikendalikan oleh kovariabel daya ledak otot tungkai terdapat perbedaan hasil lompat jauh antara siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik dan pelatihan konvensional (Fhitung 71.60 > Ftabel 3,98). Dan rata-rata residu yang diperoleh untuk pelatihan plaiometrik 266.96 sedangkan pelatihan konvensional 262.63 ini berarti bahwa hasil lompat jauh siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik lebih baik dari siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan konvensional. 3) Kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh pada siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan plaiometrik sebesar 39.80% dan pada pelatihan konvensional sebesar 10.80% sedangkan secara keseluruhan kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh adalah sebesar 26.80%.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut diatas, disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan plaiometrik berpengaruh terhadap hasil lompat jauh, baik sebelum maupun setelah dikendalikan oleh kovariabel daya ledak otot tungkai.

This study aims to determine the difference between the results of the long jump at the students who attended training plaiometrik with students who follow conventional training. The study population was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Sawan second semester of the school year 2010/2011 amounted to 221 people. Samples were taken with a random manner, the number of samples of 76 people with the details of the sons and daughters 40 people 36 people. The sample was divided by two classes of 38 people in the class of experiments (VIIIB), and 38 people in the control class (VIIIF). The study design using a post test only control group design. The collection of data using the test methods and measurement. After the experiment ended data were analyzed with statistical analysis anakova one lane.
Based on the results of data analysis and discussion are found 1) Before kovariabel explosive power is controlled by the limb muscles, there are differences in the long jump results between students who attended training and conventional training plaiometrik (Fhitung 84 006> Ftabel 3.98). And the arithmetic mean of training known plaiometrik 36.55 34.55 whereas conventional training this means that the results of students taking the long jump training plaiometrik better than students who followed the conventional training. 2) After kovariabel explosive power is controlled by the limb muscles there are differences in the long jump results between students who attended training and conventional training plaiometrik (Fhitung 71.60> Ftabel 3.98). And the average residue obtained for the training of conventional training plaiometrik 262.63 266.96 whereas this means that the results of students taking the long jump training plaiometrik better than students who followed the conventional training. 3) Contribution of leg muscle explosive power of the long jump results in students who attended training plaiometrik of 39.80% and the conventional training of 10.80% while the overall explosive power contribution to limb muscles is a result of the long jump of 26.80%.
Based on the above findings, it was concluded that training plaiometrik effect on the results of the long jump, both before and after kovariabel explosive power is controlled by the limb muscles.
