STUDI EVALUATIF BERBASIS MODEL CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, PRODUCT TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN SISTEM GANDA (PSG) DI SMK NEGERI 1 MAS-UBUD PADA JURUSAN MULTIMEDIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui efektivitas program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud pada Jurusan Multimedia dilihat dari variabel Context, Input, Process, dan Product. Model evaluasi program yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah : kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala program studi (kaprogdi), guru, pegawai tata usaha, industri pasangan atau DU/DI, siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai data utama, dengan didukung oleh data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi.
Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa efektifitas program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud tergolong sangat efektif dilihat dari variabel Context, Input, Process, Product dengan hasil (+ + + +). Artinya ; pada variabel Context efektif, pada variabel Input efektif, pada variabel Process efektif, pada variabel Product efektif.
berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda di SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud pada Jurusan Multimedia tergolong dalam kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian implikasi praktisnya adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud pada Jurusan Multimedia yang berkaitan dengan program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda perlu disempurnakan baik dari segi Context, Input, Process, Product agar menghasilkan tamatan yang siap bersaing di pasar kerja. Untuk menjamin bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut efektif, substansi dasar yang perlu disempurnakan adalah pada bagian-bagian atau aspek yang belum optimal.

This study aimed at analyzing and finding out the effectiveness of Dual System Education (DSE) at SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud in the Multimedia Divition in terms of Context, Input, Process, dan Product variables.this study used the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The population comprised the school principal, the vice principal, the head of specialization program, the teacher,administrator, people from businesses and industries, and the student. The main were collected by using questionnaire sheet and these data supported by the data from the results of the interview, observation, and documantation.
The result of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of Dual System Education (DSE) at SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud fell into category very effective in terms of the variables of Context, Input, Process, Product with the result (+ + + +). Which means that it was effective in the Context, Input, Process, Product variables.
On the basis of the findings above it can be concluded that the effectiveness of Dual System Education (DSE) at SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud in the Multimedia Divition fell into category very effective. Hence the Dual System Education (DSE) needs to be improved in the aspects : Context, Input, Process, Product to enhance its capacity of producing graduates who are ready to compete in the job market. To guarante the effectiviness of the educational activities, the basic substances that need improvement lie and less optimal components or aspects.
