PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA DITINJAU DARI SELF EFFICACY SISWA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar IPA ditinjau dari self efficacy. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu dengan rancangan posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara yang berjumlah 426 siswa. Sampel terdiri dari 155 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas eksperimen dan dua kelas kontrol dengan teknik group random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar IPA dan kuesioner self efficacy. Analisis data dilakukan dengan ANAVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (FA = 20,688 > Ft= 3,96) dan tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar IPA (FA*B = 0,040 < Ft = 3,96).

This study aimed to describe the effect of project-based learning model toward learning achievement viewed from self efficacy. This study was a quasi experiment with the posttest only control group design. Population were 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Utara with the total of 426 students. The sample of 155 the students were divided into two classes for the control group and two classes for experiment group by group random sampling technique. The instruments which were used were the test of science learning achievement and questionnaire about student self efficacy. The data were analyzed by two way ANOVA. The results showed that there was a difference in science learning achievement between the students treated with the project-based learning model and those treated with the conventional learning model (FA = 20.689 > Ft = 3.96) and there was no interaction effect between the project-based learning model and self efficacy toward the science learning achievement (FA*B = 0.040 < Ft = 3.96).
