Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat Lingkungan Dalam Pembelajaran Kimia Terhadap Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis dan Self-efficacy Siswa SMA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan self-efficacy antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran sains teknologi masyarakat llingkungan (STML) dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional (MPK). Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the post test-only control group design. Populasi adalah kelas X IPA SMA Negeri Semarapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 244 siswa, Sampel berjumlah 128 orang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan MANOVA dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan self-efficacy antara siswa yang belajar dengan MPSTML dan dengan MPK (Fhitung=55,54),(P<0,05). 2) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis antara siswa yang belajar dengan MPSTML dan dengan MPK (Fhitung=36,656), (P<0,05). dan keterampilan berpikir kritis kelompok belajar MPSTML lebih baik dari pada MPK, 3) terdapat perbedaan self-efficacy antara siswa yang belajar dengan MPSTML dan dengan MPK (Fhitung=76,903), (P<0,05) dan self-efficacy kelompok belajar MPSTML lebih baik dari pada MPK.

This study aimed to analyzed the differences in critical thinking skill and self-efficacy students who learn with science technology society and environment learning model and konvensional learning model. This study belongs to quasi experimental and used “The Posttest Only control group design” as the research design. The population of the study was the ten grade students of SMAN 1 Semarapura in the academic year of 2013/2014 which consisted of 160 students. The sample of this study consisted of 244 students. The sample of this study consisted of 128 students used random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and MANOVA by the significant was 0.05. The result of the study showed as follows : 1) there was a significant difference in critical thinking skill and self-efficacy of students between the students who where treated differently by using MPSTML and MPK (Fvalue was=55.545), (P<0.05) 2) there was a significant difference in critical thinking skill between the students who were treated differently by using MPSTML and MPK (Fvalue was=36.656), (P<0.05) and the critical thinking skill of students who were treated differently by using MPSTML and MPK, 3) there was a significant difference self-efficacy between the students who were treated differently by using MPSTML and MPK (Fvalue was=76.903), (P<0.05) and the self-efficacy of student who were treated by using MPSTML was better than
