PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GROUP INVESTIGATION TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KIMIA DAN SIKAP ILMIAH SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation terhadap hasil belajar kimia dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 siswa yang langsung dijadikan sampel penelitian. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah post test only kontrol group design. Data hasil belajar kimia siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes hasil objektif dan data sikap ilmiah siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara simultan, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kimia dan sikap ilmiah siswa antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation dengan pembelajaran konvensional, 2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kimia antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif group investigation dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative group investigation learning model to the chemistry learning outcomes and scientific attitude of students. The population of this research were 112 students and directly into the research samples. This research is a post test only control group design. The data of chemistry learning outcomes collected by objective tests and while scientific attitude was collected by questionnaire. The data were analyzed using MANOVA. The results showed that: 1) simultaneously, the are a significant differences chemistry learning outcomes and scientific attitude of students between following the group investigation cooperative learning model with conventional model, 2) there are a significant differences chemistry learning outcomes betwen students’ following group investigation cooperative learning models with conventional model, 3) there are a significant differences scientific attitude of students betwen students’ following group investigation cooperative learning models with conventional model.
