PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERAIF DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENYIAPKAN KAMAR PADA SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 NUSA PENIDA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan Menyiapkan Kamar. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen dengan desain Post Test Only Control Group Design dengan rancangan factorial 2×2. Instrumen berupa kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa dan asesmen kinerja digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan operasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 siswa kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling yang menghasilkan empat kelas sampel dimana dua kelas sebagai sampel kelas eksperimen dan dua sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditentukan melalui undian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian (anava) dua jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran langsung (F = 26.394 p<0,05). Untuk siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan rendah, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajara kooperatif dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran langsung (F = 41.797 p<0,05). Temuan lainnya adalah adanya pengaruh interksi yang signifikan antara penerapan model pembelajara kooperatif dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan menyiapkan kamar untuk tamu pada tarap signifikansi 5% (F = 4.682). Dengan demikian dapatlah disimpulkan, bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif dan motivasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keteramppilan menyiapkan kamar untuk tamu pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Nusa Penida.

This experimental research design was aimed at investigating the effect of cooperative instructional model and learning motivation toward the ability of the SMK Negeri 1 Nusa Penida students in preparing room. The Post-test only control group design was implemented with the 2x2 factorial design. The questionnaire was used to measure the students’ learning motivation and to measure the students’ operation skill, the performance assessment was implemented. There were 80 students of eleventh grade Hotel Accommodation Department involved as the samples and the random sampling technique was used to decide the sample. From this technique, four classes were chosen as the sample of the study; two classes as the experimental group and two classes as the control group were decided through lottery. The data gathered was analyzed using two ways ANAVA. The result of the study shows that there was significant different between the students taught using cooperative instructional model compared with the students taught using direct instructional model (F=26.394 p<0.05). The students’ learning motivation was also significantly affected by the implementation of cooperative instructional model (F=41.797 p<0.05). Finally, there was also significant effect found from the implementation of cooperative instructional model and learning motivation toward the students’ ability in preparing the room for the guests in the 5% of significant rate. In conclusion, the implementation of cooperative instructional model and learning motivation significantly affect the ability of the SMK Negeri 1 Nusa Penida students in preparing room for the guests
